Cutting, stamping, welding, bending, polishing, plating, assembly and QC all run inside our 3,000 m² facility in Kaiping, Jiangmen — which is what keeps a finish batch consistent across a whole project.

Cutting & stamping
Brass and stainless stock is cut and pressed to size on our own lines.

Welding & grooving
Joints are welded and grooved, then checked for flatness and finish before polishing.

Bending & drilling
Bodies are formed and drilled, with hole positions and threads verified against drawing.

Polishing & plating
Surfaces are polished through successive stages, then plated and colour-matched by batch.

Assembly & QC
Cartridges are fitted, units are function and leak tested, then inspected before stock.
Quality control
Four inspection gates, every batch
Incoming material, machining, surface finishing and final assembly are each inspected by our own QC team, with supplier batch records kept for traceability.

Incoming material
- Material verification — brass, stainless steel, zinc alloy, ABS
- Visual check for deformation, cracks, porosity and scratches
- Key dimensions, interface sizes and wall thickness
- Components: cartridges, aerators, hoses, nozzles, screws, seals
- Supplier batch records kept for traceability

Machining
- Machined dimensions, hole positions, threads and interfaces
- Thread check on G1/2 and G3/4 connections
- Weld and cut inspection — joints, edges and cut faces
- Polishing check for sand marks, ripples and pitting
- Batch sampling before the next process

Surface finishing
- Colour consistency across chrome, matt black, gun grey and brushed gold
- Surface defects — scratches, pitting, colour deviation, blistering
- Adhesion check on the applied finish
- Salt-spray testing on request
- Batch-to-batch matching within a single project

Assembly & pre-shipment
- Cartridge assembly — smooth operation, correct hot/cold action
- Function and leak testing before packing
- Assembly QC, then finished-goods inspection
